Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Apple Tech Guys NH for your electronics repair needs. We strive to provide high-quality repair services, but if you're not completely satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

 

1. Repair Guarantee
All repairs are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. If the same issue reoccurs within this period, we will fix it free of charge.

2. Refunds
If the repair is not completed successfully, or if the issue persists after the repair, we will issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. No Refund for Parts
If new parts were used in the repair, we cannot refund the cost of the parts once the service is complete. However, if a part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no additional charge.

4. Inspection Fees
If you choose not to proceed with the repair after an initial inspection, a small inspection fee may apply. The fee will be communicated to you before any work begins.

5. Condition for Returns
To qualify for a return, your device must be in the same condition as when it was repaired (excluding normal wear and tear). Devices that have been damaged further or altered after the repair will not be eligible for a refund.
